Our famous hair powder. Free of talc, it will soak up oil at the root, give you extra body and leave your hair looking and smelling as fresh as a day one wash.

HOW TO USE

HOW TO USE: There are a number of ways to use Lulu Organics Hair Powder, if applied correctly the powder will soak up all the oils at the root of your hair and the powder will be invisible.

HAND APPLICATION METHOD: Sprinkle a dime sized amount into the palm of your hands, rub your hands together then run through the roots of your dry hair. Reapply as necessary.

BRUSH APPLICATION METHOD: Dip your powder application brush into a small amount of powder, gently tap excess off then apply directly to root. Rub brush along root until powder is fully incorporated. Repeat all over the head as need and reapply as necessary.

DIRECT APPLICATION METHOD: Our Hair Powder can be applied directly to the root of your hair though you
have the be sure to only open the shaker top to ONE hole. The powder will gently and minimally come out of the bottle onto your root and you can then rub the powder into the scalp until oil dissipates. Reapply as necessary.

All orders are shipped via USPS. If your package is over 16oz it will ship Priority Mail, all others will ship First Class Mail. Domestic packages (US) usually arrive within a week’s time though with Covid shipping times have gotten longer. International packages can take up to a month for delivery. If you have not received your package in the stated time please contact us and we will look into it. We will gladly take returns of any unused, unopened or defective product.

Magic

I have been using this Hair Powder for probably over ten years. It's wonderful for its intended use as dry shampoo, but I also sprinkle it between sheets after I switch them out, I use it on my sheepskin rugs before brushing (if I had actual carpet I probably would use it before vacuuming), I also put it in my shoes!
Vetiver and black pepper is one of my favorite scent combinations of all time, and it's all thanks to Lulu!

LOVE this hair powder! I put this in my hair before bed when i know i'm not going to wash it the next day, then a refresh in the morning and my hair is not greasy! the best for fine hair

The best dry shampoo ever

Have been using this for years...it almost feels like the cannister has a never-ending supply until one day you finally realize you need to order more! I love the scent (black pepper + vetiver) and get compliments on the aroma a lot, if people come close enough to get a whiff. The powder settles in my hair nicely and does not cause crazy discoloration and does not build up excess on my scalp! 10/10 recommend.

Love it

I’ve tried other hair powders because this one doesn’t offer a very easy application- however this is still my favorite. I love all of the scents I’ve tried. Aerosol dry shampoos are so much easier to put on when you’re trying to get ready in a hurry but they leave my hair feeling brittle and the scent is almost always wayyy too much. I love the powders and specifically this one because if you have the time and patience to work it into every area it doesn’t create gross build up even if you use a lot and the smell is so great but not overpowering. It doesn’t make my hair feel brittle and crunchy like aerosols and allows me to still be able to run my hands through it in a natural way. I have black (and gray!) hair so it leaves a subtle dusty tone to my hair but I’ve had bad experiences with colored brunette dry shampoos so I don’t mind, I think I’m the only person who notices honestly. I think it’s especially perfect for when my hair is only a little bit greasy in a couple spots on day one. Day two or more if my roots are oily all over (back of my head and neck are particularly difficult to apply) it takes a lot of work to put the powder everywhere without being able to ‘spray’ it somehow. I’ve tried to find several ways to expedite process including brushes, powder dispensing brushes, even using powder pump bottles from other dry shampoos but I haven’t had any luck. This is by far my preferred dry shampoo but when I need a little more help and don’t have any time I still use the aerosols to take care of business and go throughout my day smelling like intense potpourri, lol.
